The Need of Vitamin C
Vitamin C has many significant effects on health. First of all, it balances free radical to help fight cell and tissue damage. In addition, it helps the body fight infection in case of sickness. Moreover, it helps both of the pregnant mother and baby stay healthy for nine months. Furthermore, it helps inner–body repaired. Finally, it helps forming collagen that give structure to bones, cartilage, muscle and blood vessels(Hareyan, 2005:1).
